Moodle is an open-source product that allows faculty and students an online virtual space to share course materials, assignments, and exams.  In many ways, it is similar to WebCT, but the system was created by educators and programmers.  It is a free system that is currently being evaluated by a small group of faculty, students, and staff during the 2009-2010 academic year.
